Co-production Alliance

What is Co-production?

Co-production means working together as equals. The Alliance invites people with ‘Lived Experience’ of homelessness in Norwich and Norfolk and professionals from homeless services to work together.

The aim of the Alliance is to help design, develop and improve homeless services in Norwich.

Everyone brings different skills and expertise to this forum. Co-production goes much further than consultation, or people 'sharing their stories' or 'case studies', it can involve direct action, identifying service development opportunities or gaps, and being part of changes.

The Alliance feels it is important to offer a range of ways to get involved. There are regular meetings with experts and professionals, network meetings and emails. If you would like to be involved but not sure how, let us know.
