Pathways is an innovative service to support rough sleepers and people with complex needs in Norwich, delivered from hubs around the city. The Pathways principle is that there is ‘no wrong door’ for people to access the help they need. Personalised support is focused around each individual, by qualified and experienced Pathways team members, to encourage a positive outcome for each person.
We can provide spokespeople and, where appropriate, arrange visits to the project. We can also provide case studies and interviews.
