Monitoring and evaluation of Pathways is integral to the project to assess the impact it is having on rough sleeping and people with complex needs in Norwich. A quarterly report is produced on the number of people who are supported by the project and the outcome.

We want to see a reduction and prevention of street homelessness and also a reduction in begging and offending on the streets and clients supported to achieve their full potential. The service has been commissioned for a period of three years and will be evaluated by the Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) strategic board throughout the reporting period.

Our Impact during 2023/24

217 people were found sleeping rough during street outreach

62% were male, 8% female and 20% unknown
